USER PROFILE STATUS

In one of the latest updates, we added to the Swapy App a current status bar of your profile

This will help you to easier understand what's happening with your account and whether any additional actions are required:

  • Email confirmed – the very first profile status, set for those users who have completed registration but have not yet started filling out a profile.
  • Profile edit – this status indicates that you are in the process of providing personal data in your profile but have not yet sent it for verification to the Compliance Department.
  • Moderation – this status means that your personal data is being verified by the Compliance Department. This process usually takes 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). The processing period may be extended in case of any inquiries from the Compliance Department.
  • Documents request – the Compliance Department may request additional information to complete the verification, if during the checks of your data there are any inquiries or errors were found.
  • Active – this means that your data has been verified and all Swapy features are available to you.
  • Profile edit request – this status is displayed in your profile if you have requested to make changes to the previously provided personal data.
  • Documents expired – this automatic status reminds you that one of the identity documents you used to register with Swapy has expired. You can replace this document with a new one or delete it. 
  • Blocked – a status that indicates that your account is inactive due to violation of Term and Conditions of Swapy.
