USER PROFILE

Profile section is divided into four tabs: Personal Information, Identity Document, Bank Accounts and Security Settings.

CHANGING PERSONAL DATA

You can change your personal data at any time by editing the required fields in your profile. After that, click on the "Save changes" button.

  • The changed data will be sent for verification to the Compliance Department of Swapy.

ADDING, DELETING AND CHANGING BANK ACCOUNTS

To receive transfers from other users, as well as transfers to your own account, you need to add your Bank accounts details. 

To do this, click the "Add Bank Account" button in the "Bank Accounts" tab and in the opened window select the country of the bank account to be added from the list. Then fill in all fields of bank details of your account.

  • IMPORTANT! Only accounts opened in your name can be added.

Do not add bank accounts belonging to other people to your profile. If you need to make a transfer to another person, use the Transfer to another person option.

To delete an existing bank account, select it from the "Bank Accounts" tab. In the one that opens, click "Delete", then enter a valid password to confirm the changes you made.

You can also reprioritize the bank account to accept transfers from other users. Read the article Priority Accounts for more information on this.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU DELETE A BANK ACCOUNT

If you delete a bank account, all your previously published transfer requests that used this account will be cancelled. However, this will have no effect on current transfers, they will be made using the details specified before you made the change.

If you delete a priority account, you will not be able to accept transfers from other users. The same will happen if you uncheck the priority checkbox of such an account.

SECURITY SETTINGS

If you think your password may have been compromised, you can always change it in the "Security Settings" tab. 

In this tab you can also delete your Swapy personal account. All transfers accepted for work, as well as obligations under agreements signed by you, will continue to be in effect after deleting the account until their full execution. 

IMPORTANT! Account deletion is an irreversible action.
