WHY YOUR PERSONAL ACCOUNT MAY BE BLOCKED?

SWAPY team values every user and strives to create a safe and secure space for everyone. However, like any other platform, Swapy has rules that all users must abide by.

  • Violation of these rules may result in account deactivation. 

What can lead to account lockout with no possibility of recovery?

1) Providing false information when filling out a profile during registration with Swapy. 

2) Failure to provide additional information requested by Swapy Compliance Department

3) Canceling the transfer after signing all documents (in this case you violate the terms of the signed escrow agreement).

4) Violation of privacy by users.

5) Attempting to contact a transfer partner without Swapy escrow agent consent. 

If you commit any of the above violations, Swapy has every right to block your account permanently. 

RECOMMENDATION: If you are unsure of the correct course of action, please contact our Customer Support team to clarify any questions you may have.
