After the documents for transferring funds have been signed, you will be able to see the bank details of the Swapy escrow account. You will need to transfer funds using these bank details. Read more about all stages of transferring funds with Swapy in this article. 

The transfer details are available on the transfer page under the signed documents section. You can copy the details using a special icon or download the file "Invoice for funds transfer".

Swapy does not debit funds from users' bank accounts, therefore, to send funds you need to make a payment to the specified details through an online bank or go to your bank office.

Please note that the total amount of funds you transfer to the Swapy escrow account includes the service fee (including VAT). 

When transferring funds using the bank details to Swapy escrow account, be sure to indicate the purpose of payment. For your convenience, the purpose of payment is displayed on the transfer page under the escrow agent bank details. If the standard purpose of payment cannot be entered due to the character limit in your online bank, be sure to include the contract number and date from the original purpose of payment. Failure to include the purpose of payment may result in a delayed or cancellation of transfer.

• IMPORTANT: Funds to the Swapy escrow account must be credited on behalf of the user, who has signed documents and made this transfer. Do not send funds to the Swapy escrow account from a third-party bank account. Funds that are received from third parties and/or entities will be automatically returned to the sender's account within 5 business days. 

This means that you will not be able to transfer funds with Swapy using e-money services or other money transfer platforms that do not open bank accounts for their users, such as: Qiwi, YooMoney, KoronaPay, Paysend, Paysera, InPay, PayPal, Payoneer, Stripe and similar services.
