EXPIRED DOCUMENT

If your identification document has expired, the system will automatically notify you by sending an email to your email address. 

At the next login to your personal account the system will offer you to renew the expired document.

You can replace the expired document with a new one of the same type or delete this document if you do not have a new one.

  • IMPORTANT: When you receive a notification that one of your documents has expired, your account becomes temporarily inactive. You will not be able to send or receive transfers, as it is not possible to enter into funds transfer agreements using expired documents.
